All services provided by Fair Concrete & Maintenance include concrete work, repairs, maintenance, installation, demolition, sealing, finishing, and related services as described in the written estimate or contract. Only the services specifically listed in the written agreement are included. Any Additional work requested by client must approved in writing and may result in additional charges.
All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on current material, labor and site conditions. If foreseen conditions arise (hidden damages, unstable soil, utility conflicts, etc.), pricing may be adjusted with client approval before continuing work.
